Application & Renewal

New Members

New members may join any time and must have an active USGA GHIN handicap index of 34.0 or less to join WCWGA.

Member versus Associate Member

There are two membership designations, Member and Associate Member.

If your USGA GHIN is registered with a Member Club or you participate in a league of a Member Club, then you are considered a Member. If your GHIN is not registered with a Member Club or you do not participate in a league of a Member Club, then you are considered an Associate Member.

Member

Member’s Annual Fee: $15

Venmo is the preferred payment method and is sent to the WCWGA Venmo account noting it is for dues. If Venmo is not an option, a check made payable to “WCWGA” is sent to your Club Representative. Either payment method requires notification to your Club Representative for processing. Cash will not be accepted.

Associate Member

Applications are being accepted from women golfers who are members of non-affiliated clubs of the Worcester County Women’s Golf Association. You must have and maintain a USGA approved handicap which may be verified at the golf club where your membership is established and your handicap index may not exceed 34.0.

All rules of the WCWGA Player’s Handbook must be followed. We are looking forward to you becoming a member of the Worcester County Women’s Golf Association!

Associate Member Payment

Associate Member’s Annual Fee: $25

Venmo is the preferred payment method and is sent to the WCWGA Venmo account, noting it is for dues, with submittal of a completed application form. If Venmo is not an option, a check made payable to “WCWGA” is sent to the WCWGA Handicap/Membership Chair. Cash will not be accepted.

Membership Renewal

Renew membership as soon as possible. Membership must be renewed by April 1 to be considered a continuous membership. Rejoining members with a continuous membership and an active USGA GHIN handicap index between 34 and 36.4 must play to a max index of 34.
